Showing off our wares
IFSEC opens its doors for the 39th time next week. The world's leading annual security event will bring together over 25,000 industry professionals for four days of education and networking encompassing no fewer than eight separate product areas.
For the first time in many a year, Concept Smoke Screen won't be in attendance, wowing the crowds with their spectacular smoke booth, bringing brilliant developments to the innovation table and generally stamping Smoke Screen on the security map.
We wish the organisers and all the exhibitors huge success. We shall miss you all at the awards dinner in particular.
WILKOMMEN ZUM SECURITY ESSEN
Our plan this year is a collaboration with our German partner, Markus Bach of Concept Fog Security. We are teaming up to form a dual prong attack at Security Essen 2012.
'Security Essen is held every other year so it makes strategic sense to look at alternating our major exhibitions,' explained Sales Director Matt Gilmartin, 'the show (in Essen) has a uniquely continental feel and enables us to target overseas market segments that would be otherwise unavailable to us.'
Security Essen is an international security exhibition stronghold and takes place in North Rhine-Westphalia in the Ruhr valley between the 25th and 28th September. In its 20th year the show embodies safety and fire protection engineering at the uppermost international level – an excellent hub for businesses and the meeting place for experts and innovators. It is therefore the perfect vehicle to launch our new range of products.
NEXT GENERATION
As leaders in security smoke, we are always looking at ways to redefine perfection. We strive to keep turning the screw on the bad guys and keep one step ahead of the competition as well. This year we are really raising the bar with the next generation of Smoke Screens – re-styled design, smaller, much more powerful and EN51031-8/IEC62642-8 compliant. We are doing our bit for the planet too by using recycled materials for our packaging and select components.
'It's an exciting time for us,' said Matt, 'the new range is going to be a real game-changer.'
